Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy

Rang Colours Of India Pvt. Ltd. enters into a contract with you, once you have confirmed the tour with us, and have made an advance payment to hold the services against your name. Right from the time you confirm the tour with us, your trip becomes our responsibility and we take utmost care of it.

Payments: As per the company policy we accept 50% of the total tour cost as an advance at the time of confirming the tour. The balance payment is received at the time of the guest arrival in India. Please note that any failure in the payment or delay in the payment will result in the cancellation of the tour.

Bank Charges: The price quoted by Rang Colours Of India for the tour is the net receivable amount and the commissions paid to the remitting local bank needs to be borne by the sender/client. Rang Colours Of India is not responsible for any charges, charged by the local or mediator banks for such transactions.

Cancellation Policy: Rang Colours Of India believes that most people who cancel their reservations do so out of necessity. If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel your holiday, you must notify us in writing, in any case, the date of cancellation will be at the date on which notice is received. As this incurs the administrative cost and retention charges by the hotel, the cancellation charges will apply on the following scale:

If you change booking: If, after your confirmation invoice has been issued, you wish to change your travel arrangement in any way, for your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do utmost to make these changes, but it may not always be possible.
